“I've been through 15 treatment centers, psych hospitals and institutions. I learned so much from Seasons about myself that wasn't addressed at other facilities. Issues that needed to be dealt with on a one on one level. Thank you Seasons for helping me and my family.”

Intensive Outpatient Program

At Seasons, we believe that addiction is a complex multi-faceted disorder with many underlying causes and co-occurring issues that differ from individual to individual. From this perspective we have concluded that the most effective methods of treatment must be tailored to the individual to optimize the probability of success. Though addiction has commonalities across individuals we feel that focusing solely on group-oriented therapy is an entirely incomplete and minimally effective paradigm in which to approach addiction treatment. In our drug and alcohol outpatient treatment program a comprehensive treatment plan is drawn up for every patient in order to ensure that their specific needs are met and the underlying issues causing them to compensate with drugs and alcohol are fully resolved. We have the flexibility to organize and schedule our treatment program around the needs of your life so that your life does not have to stop while you get better, and we have a working relationship with most major insurance companies to ensure that you that you pay as little out of pocket as possible.

Our outpatient alcohol treatment program consists of a broad range of therapeutic paradigms that when utilized collectively constitute a holistic rehab approach to treating the entire person. Based on our initial evaluation you will be given a highly customized treatment plan designed by a team of highly qualified doctors and therapeutic professionals to best suit your individual needs and wants. Through your work with your primary therapist, you will be guided through the healing process in addressing issues of trauma, cognition, patterns of behavior, and triggers. In addition to a primary therapist you will also be assigned a case manager who will coordinate and collate information between all the treatment professionals working on your case and help guide you through the process of reconstructing a productive and fulfilling life for yourself. Though we believe that individual therapy is extremely important, we also believe that connecting with and working through your issues with others in similar stages of the healing process is indispensible. For this reason we also provide therapy on the group level guided and directed by a practitioner trained in leading discussion groups. Through group education, one has the ability to explore issues of addiction and the process of learning to maintain a clean, sober, and positive new lifestyle. We feel that through the process of systemic family therapy, the family is treated as a system, which can be beneficial for integration into a new life that works for you and those around you. To help you maintain a healthy family system using the techniques and skills you learn here we also offer a three day intensive family weekend of therapy and refresher courses on healthy familial coping and relationship skills. Lastly, we offer a team of experienced practitioners in supportive therapies such as integrative yoga therapy, massage, and traditional Chinese medicine.
